Privaterra is a Toronto-based consultancy founded in 2002, serving NGOs, foundations, and public-sector partners worldwide. We provide technological education and support for civil-society organizations in data privacy, secure communications, and information security — delivering workshops, audits, threat modelling, and incident response across 33+ countries.

Robert Guerra — Founder & CEO

Trilingual policy and research professional with 25+ years at the intersection of Internet governance, cybersecurity, and human rights. Founder and CEO of Privaterra, and Chief Technology Officer & Research Lead at the Collier Collective in Washington, DC, leading work on digital safety, privacy, and technology policy in public health.
